
In order to ensure a safe and conducive learning and teaching environment, the school hereby provides conduct guidelines for parents, guardians and visitors’ interaction with the school. This is just a guideline and as such it is not in any way inclusive of all possible scenarios. The school expects parents, guardians and visitors to adhere to the following:
- Showing respect of the school values and policies such as our School fees paymen policy: Our fees are yearly and for those who pay monthly, kindly note that they have to pay previous month before the end of the first week of the current month.
- Failure to do so, the student will not be allowed in school until payment is done.
- Understand that both teachers and parents need to work together for the benefit of their children by desisting from defamatory, offensive or derogatory comments regarding the school or any of the pupils/parents/staff/ school authorities at the school on social networks or other sites.
- Demonstrate that all members of the school community should be treated with respect and therefore set a good example in their own speech and behavior by refraining from using profanity, abusive language or inflammatory actions in personal interactions.
- Seek to clarify a child’s version of events with the school’s view in order to bring about a peaceful solution to any issue.
- Approach the school to help resolve any issues of concern using appropriate channel of communication and therefore refrain from sending abusive or threatening emails or text/voicemail/phone messages or other written communications (including social media) to anyone within the school community.
- Bring to the attention of school authorities any problem or condition which affects their child or other children of the school community and should not use social media as a medium to air any concerns or grievances.
- Ensure that their child attend school each day and promptly report and explain an absence to the school.
- Provide their child with resources needed to complete class-work and homework.
- Discuss report cards and work assignments.
- Attend Parent/Teacher meetings for effective consultation on the learning progress of their children and remember each of our voices matters for all of our children.
- Maintain up-to-date contact details and related information about their children.
The School trusts that parents/guardians will assist our school with the implementation of this
conduct guidelines and we thank you for your continuing support of the school.

The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) is a method of supporting and enabling parent/guardian
involvement in our school. All parents/guardians and teachers/staff are welcome and encouraged
to participate in the PTA. PTA main mission include but is not limited to the following:
- A powerful voice for all children.
- A relevant resource for all families and communities.
- A strong advocate for the education and well-being of every child.
- An enabler for enhancing the relationship between home and school through enhancing communication.
- Organize and contribute in school programs and events that celebrate our school cultural diversity.
- Mobilize resources to enrich the learning environment for our students, and promote healthful living and wellness.
- Advocate for all communities in our school, for better education for all students, and to build understanding of the school curriculum.
